An Individualized and Personal Approach to Care

Counseling sessions focus on specific and therapeutic nutritional plans that are individually tailored to the unique needs of each person. Because everyone’s situation is different, careful consideration and discussion explores what dietary and nutritional approaches have been tried, dietary preferences, nutritional understanding, challenging circumstances and any other important factors. Materials provided include a meal and snack plan, supportive recommendations and resources, targeted nutritional supplements and a range of other integrative health approaches.

Integrative Health Coaching for Lifestyle Change

Improvements in healthy living are most successful when people are encouraged to make choices and commitments that are most important to them. When other potentially beneficial techniques are included such as a health assessment, mapping success, SMART goals, motivational and mindset approaches and other coaching suggestions, important health-related and personal transformations take place. This can be particularly important for people to need to lose weight, control their blood sugar and cholesterol, prevent cancer recurrence and manage ongoing heart disease risk.
