She specializes in listening to clients and is able to provide massage and range of motion stretching that fits the individual needs of her clients. Using Bodywork to Facilitate Healing and Self Care

Jennifer believes that all people are equipped to heal and take care of themselves. She views her bodywork as an interactive tool to facilitate healing and self care. Jennifer feels privileged to work with clients whether she is providing relaxing massage, bodywork directed at a specific condition or injury, or body and breath work to help break the debilitating effects of trauma.

Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage are ideal for stress and tension reduction as well as targeted muscle therapy. (Corporate chair massage takes this stress reduction to the office. Lower stress is good for employees as well as businesses!)

Range of motion stretching works within the client’s existing range of motion and is a gentle, client-driven activity that utilizes muscles that work together as well as those that oppose one another.

Neuromuscular therapy facilitates postural improvement by strengthening weak muscles and stretching contracted muscles to achieve balance in the body.

Pregnancy massage soothes mommy’s aching muscles and swelling lower extremities.

Reiki is a gentle energy work that promotes healing by channeling the qi to the client.

Trauma Touch Therapy (TM), developed at The Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO, is an integrative therapy that facilitates healing by accompanying clients to move slowly toward being more and more present. A client-directed therapy, Trauma Touch TherapyTM utilizes breathing and gentle touch to help clients become more comfortable in their bodies. Trauma Touch TherapyTM is a complementary therapy to psychotherapy.
