As an aromatherapist, I effectively use the sense of smell—a direct pathway to parts of the brain controlling mood and emotions—to help clients quiet their systems and reduce anxiety. I'm particularly adept at reintroducing people to the experience of being joyfully and resiliently "embodied" after trauma or difficult life experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to co-create sessions using a combination of Therapeutic Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, gentle body awareness, breathing and much more. My approach is gentle and nurturing...my office environment comforting and warm.
